Introduction
Ferrosilicon briquettes are a good substitute for FerroSilicon in steel-making,which has advantage in lowing the costs of production and reusing resources.
Application
(1) Ferrosilicon briquettes can replace ferrosilicon in steel-making as deoxidizer.
(2) Increase the Si content when smelting pig iron,ductile cast iron or base metals as ferrosilicon and related products.
Advantage
(1) Ferrosilicon briquetttes have the uniform size, and diameter 2 ¨C 5cm can reduce the loss and labor cost when crushing ferrosilicon natural lumps.
(2) When used in steel making, ferrosilicon briquettes have the advantages of accurate batch chraging and good oxygen effect. And it can also shorten the time to deoxidize and save energy.
(3) The cost is decreased by 20% co***red with ferrosilicon.
(4) Ferrosilicon briquettes can withstand the pressure of 120 kilos and throwing from a height of three meters ,will not be crushed or deformed.
Production technics
The ferrosilicon briquettes our factory produce take the material of the remaining blocks of ferrosilicon standard trim, And then after being finely crushed, add powerful organic adhesive and fully mixed by the vertical mixer, then become into the briquette by the powerful ball forming mill.
